ChiTown Teslas is a community of builders, drivers, and Tesla enthusiasts who actually show up. We’re about custom cars, real connections, and events that bring the scene together across Chicagoland. No gatekeeping—just passion.
Our History
Founded in 2024 by Cory, Josh, Pat & BJ, ChiTown Teslas began as a small group of like-minded individuals who just wanted to get together to meet other Tesla owners & show off their cars. Since then, we have grown into a thriving organization with over 1300 members!

Events
We host monthly events around the Chicagoland area from April-October. Together with Tesla Owners Group Chicago we've had some pretty fun and successful events over the last few years. Some locations & activities include: Portillo's, Pinstripes, and a poker run! Our first Gas vs Electric event had over 100 cars & over 150 attendee!
